Hello there, I want to share my photoshop effect. Here I just want to shape your logic, then you can make better than mine. Feelings of each person is different, so if you feel uncomfortable, you can do different steps with me.

1. Create a new file. The image size is up to you. Here I choose 1000x1000 pixels
2. Invert the background layer.
3. Create a new layer. Use brush tool to make background color. I recommend to fill the layer, but again, it's up to you.
5. Create a new group for your text. Create a new text. The color must be black.
5. Resize the text, until you feel good.
6. Right click text layer, click blending options
7. Change the blend mode to screen, then your text should be like this
8. Duplicate the first text, and change the font. Then resize until they are in the same place.
9. Repeat step 8 until you feel enough. You can resize each word by rasterizing text layer first.
Select with marquee tool or wand tool.
10. To fade background, add layer mask from layer which contains 4 colors. Then invert the layer mask.
